Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels.

If you cancel an order by emailing RideTheWave@SurfingRainbows.com (and stating in capitals in the subject line of your email - ORDER CANCELLATION), and this happens before the goods are despatched then a full refund will be credited, it may take up to five working days to credit the full refund to the purchaser's account.
